These are some of our highlighted special initiatives that go beyond our typical client work.
Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic
The State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has been engaged in implementing the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model for the last few years. This model has the potential to transform health care in Michigan by providing not only integrated physical and mental health care but also addressing other environmental and social factors that contribute to the health of individuals, families and communities.
We propose to establish a benchmarking group that will provide participating organizations across Michigan with outcomes reports, with the following goals:

Inform participating organizations’ continuous improvement efforts.

Provide a platform for knowledge sharing.

Promote the CCBHC model by demonstrating desirable outcomes.
Participants will provide de-identified data to SkillTree to be aggregated. SkillTree will analyze the data and provide monthly reports with descriptive statistics to each participant that will include their own data along with aggregated measures to include mean, median, mode, and range. SkillTree will also facilitate group knowledge sharing sessions for all interested participants.
